Fair and careful handling of customer data is viewed as part of my whole approach to business: treating visitors to my website with respect.  This privacy policy explains how your personal data is handled.  Essentially, I only collect the information detailed below and there are two purposes for which I collect information from our visitors:

  • looking after my customers
  • improving my website.

What may be Collected
Through the contact page I may collect your name, telephone number, email address and any other information which you submit in your enquiry.

What I do with the information we gather
This information will be used to deal with any enquiry you have made or to carry out any work I contract to undertake for you.  It will not be passed to any third party unless required by law or if the computing equipment is made available to support services for maintenance or repair, in which case a suitable contract requiring confidentiality will be in place. It will not be kept longer than it is needed to conclude any business between us, however, it may be used for follow up emails relating to the services.

Security
Any personal information provided by email or by the contact form will be stored securely.  All reasonable and appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure that your personal information remains secure are taken.  No personal information will be transferred outside the European Economic Area.

This website has links to third party websites.  As I have no control over these, I am not responsible for their content, privacy policies or data protection practices.

Controlling your personal information
You have the right to request details of any of your personal information which is held.  Before fulfilling such a request proof of your identity may be required.  If you wish to update any of your information please inform me of any changes.  If we have no contractual agreements you may also instruct me not to contact you further, in which case your personal information which is held will be destroyed.
